 During Design Development and Construction Documents, we are available to assist you or the architect with:

• Basis of design
• Product selection 
• Detail development
• General submittal and RFI research and response
• Attend meetings as needed 

During construction, we are available to assist both in the development of plans and details as well as site visits to ensure designs are implemented in the field. We can act as owner representative or architect representative as need to include:

• Plan and detail revisions
• Assessment of unique field conditions to develop solutions
• Continued RFI and submittal review, research, and response
• Attend meetings and site visits as needed  

Assist the owner, architect or contractor to review warranty or maintenance issues that arise onsite. We can assist the client to identify and resolve these issues with the least impact on the tenant or homeowner. Services may include:

• Forensic review of existing onsite conditions
• Develop a Scope of Work for repairs or correction as needed
• Review repairs underway and/or at completion
• Attend or review testing to ensure repairs are effective
• Provide expert analysis or testimony as needed
